Nujoom Management Trainee Program is our 18-month accelerated development programme to identify high-potential, fresh Emirati graduates and build their functional, behavioural and leadership capabilities through a transformational journey.

Phase One (1 month):

1. Introduction to FAB
2. Department orientation
3. Developing future role capabilities (basic level)

Phase Two (8 months):

1. Get to know the business
2. Apply future functional role capabilities
3. Internal and external department orientation
4. Critical learning experiences

Phase Three (9 months):

1. Ownership and accountability
2. Building competency levels for future role capabilities
3. Focus on solution-based thinking to enhance leadership capabilities

Who is Eligible?

1. UAE Nationals (recent graduates only)
2. Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing and Information Technology (or any degree of relevance to FAB)
3. Complete and pass the selection and assessment process
