MENA Income and Growth Fund aims to capture the upside potential of the equity markets while balancing as well as minimising risk with a diversified multi-asset class approach.

The fund may invest up to 30% of the total capital in fixed-income instuments and up to 45% in real estate and real estate related investment instruments. It also allows up to 30% of the total assets to be held in non-UAE equities within the GCC. Voted “Best Regional Investment Fund” in 2012 at the Banker Middle East Awards.
